We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team and support us with creating and maintaining our graphic and media presence by:

• Designing our periodic promotional materials including flyers, posters and end of year reports
• Organising and planning the photography, videos and audio recordings in our events and activities
• Help design assets for social media and online contents, articles, newsletters & communications materials for presentation and dissemination in multiple channels.
• Collate and manage effective storage (for ease of search, accessibility and manipulation) of images, videos and audio contents for online and offline storage 
• Refine photos, videos and other contents for use in various promotional, reporting and analysis platforms
• Other jobs as may be deemed right by the organising committee

You will also be willing and able to:

• Join the management committee as a member - meeting at last once a month
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
• An 'ideas' person who is able to work extremely well within a team to come up with creative solutions and identify new opportunities, often in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment
• Strong attention to small details is a must.
